Aligned Dental Partners Hiring for Dental Front Office at Arvada, CO Full Time

We are a busy, well established private family practice in beautiful Arvada seeking a Dental Front Office team member. We are open to training you if you do not have dental specific experience. We are focused on our team and our patients and led by exceptional Doctors!

What you will do:

· Support the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the office and overseeing the delivery of quality dental care

· Present treatment and communicate financial policy along with payment options to patients

· Represent the company’s vision and mission by encouraging the pursuit of excellence everyday

· Proactively educate patients on the importance of their oral health and recommended treatment to increase awareness and case acceptance rates

· Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality within the office

· Maintain all hygiene and safety regulations as mandated by OSHA

Who you are:

• Flexibility to work between the hours of 11am-7pm as needed
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High degree of professionalism when building relationships with patients and team members
• Team player focused on providing exceptional patient care and experiences
• 2 years Dental Office experience (preferred, not required)
