ALK has an opening for a full-time Maintenance Mechanic, located in our Oklahoma City, OK facility.

Area of Responsibilities

· The performance and completion of these duties will be performed in accordance within the guidelines of the company’s SOP’s.

· Must assist in the performance of planned preventive maintenance assigned by the OKC Facilities/Validation Manager.

· Must assist in the performance of repair work to the OKC facility and equipment, which will be assigned by the OKC Facilities/Validations Manager.

· Carry out the performance of maintenance request work orders assigned by the OKC Facilities/Validations Manager.

· Other general OKC facility and equipment maintenance duties may be assigned.

· Physical Demands: Must be physically able to carry our all normal duties required of a maintenance department staff.

· Work Environment: All areas of the entire OKC Facility, indoor and outdoor as well as cleanroom environments.

Competences

Competences required to fulfil the area of responsibilities and work assignments:

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

· Must have two (2) years’ experience in maintenance

· Drivers’ license required

· Must be able to read and write En glish

· Pharmaceutical facility experience helpful.

· Understanding electrical systems.

· Understanding mechanical systems.

· Ability to read and intrepid blueprints.

· Understanding of plumbing and piping systems.

· Background in SOP’s and GMP.
