This position is the face of our family business and is responsible for ensuring all of our customers are welcomed and assisted in a
timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers as they call or enter the sales design center

• Obtaining all pertinent information from the customer and updating our CRM at the same time.
• Directing the client to the appropriate party, and answering basic inquires and handing off the information just entered into the company’s CRM.
• Follow up calls and emails to our customers
• Confirming all appointments with the customer and internal associate.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Multi Task Oriented

* Capable to receive and follow directions

* VoIP Phone system knowledge

* Must have valid driver’s license

We are looking for a team member that will represent our company in a professional, friendly manner at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 – $19.00 per hour
