All Pro All Services Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Washington, DC Full Time

ABOUT THE JOB

All Pro All Services is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support our client in the Department of Health (DOH), Epidemiology and Surveillance Administration, to perform filing, typing, sorting community outreach/field investigations and data entry on the existing backlog of cases, as well as newly reported cases.

Work hours are Monday-Friday; 8:30-5:00 pm (This schedule may vary based on need as

we are in emergency status).

The Contractor will work remotely but may be requested to come in the office at a later

date. If required to come into the office, the Work location is 899 North Capitol Street, 6th floor, Washington, DC 20002

REQUIREMENTS

The Date Entry Clerk shall:

• Review in accordance with existing guidelines, incoming COVID-19 cases from

reporting areas for accuracy, proper completion, and timeliness. If problems arise,

contacts the submitter to verify or correct deficiencies.

• Routinely enters demographic and selected clinical information on persons who.

• Searches the COVID-19 database for duplications. Identifies duplicate records.

• Compiles and types of periodic reports (weekly) for relevant parties including a

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of and the ability to become familiar with pertinent COVID-19

surveillance and disease control guidelines, concepts, and procedures as

administered by the Bureau of Communicable Disease Control, as well as relevant.

• Proficient in English grammar, spelling and punctuation, to ensure accuracy and

adherence to established requirements.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and relevant computer software.
• Knowledge and skill to accurately transfer information gleaned from records into

the appropriate database.

• Ability to prepare reports, text, tabular and graphic presentations; and
• Ability to compile data.
• Ability to perform outreach activities and distribute educational materials to the

community providers of service.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
