ASG is working with their client who is a global HVAC manufacturer to add a new position – administrative assistant to the Warranty and Quality team. Looking for someone with great computer skills, that can work with the technical and analyst team, keep the database and backing them up as needed. Manage both the database and email for communications, for data entry and management (no phone involved).
Warranty Administrative Assistant Schedule: 4 10s, Tuesday thru Friday start at 6AM and 45min unpaid lunch. They are flexible with the schedule.
Warranty Administrative Assistant Requirements:
– Good computer skills: Microsoft suite and Access
– Great communication skills and data entry/typing (in database)
– Ideal 2-3y or more of admin experience – if they have supported warranty or quality department with high data entry would be even better
