Job Purpose:
- Based on customer requirements, for board-approved projects and initiatives, deliver cross-functional and cross-regional analysis and consultancy to improve AGCS ability to deliver its value proposition to clients.
- Ensure a methodical approach in executing analysis and consultancy which is in line with Allianz and AGCS standards.
- This role is of senior nature and includes the management of project team members and external consultants.
Responsibilities:
Projects & Initiatives:
- Deliver analysis to improve global AGCS business operations as part of board-approved projects and initiatives that assist the organization with executing on superior customer experience levels.
- Ensure high quality work results which are delivered in time and budget through a clear understanding of the customer’s needs.
- Methodical approach to improve AGCS’s delivery towards clients in line with strategic priorities.
- Use data to prepare for executive and Board of Management meetings.
- Work closely with Distribution on preparation and execution of meetings with customers.
Business improvement opportunities:
- In alignment with business priorities, identify AGCS business improvement opportunities relating to business processes, organizational capabilities and business IT applications.
- Create proposals for management and support the creation of project proposals, including, but not limited to Voice of the Customer (VoC), cost / benefit analysis, work package definitions, time & resource planning for delivery.
Best practices:
- Compile best practices and share with own department and business functions as relevant. Best practices can include, but are not limited to project approaches, lessons learned, application of methods and tools.
- Deliver practice sharing through written communication, presentations, conference calls, workshops as appropriate.
- Compile and analyze data as it relates to understanding trends with managed clients, existing and prospective trading relationships.
- Ensure complete accuracy of information, strong detail orientation.
Line / Project Team Management:
- Manage project teams as part of business improvement initiatives, consisting of analysts, distribution executives and business experts.
- Act a as conduit for all Key Account Managers, clients and the lines of business leadership.
- Prepare and execute on significant industry events such as client counsels, Global Account Director client meetings, RIMS conference and various other external facing events.

- Experience in the domain of practice of the role;
- Project management experience;
- Experience in the insurance industry domain; and
- Business Administration Degree or similar.
