Purpose

The Training & Development Supervisor is a key position within the Allianz Partners organization as he/she is responsible for managing, designing, developing and coordinating training programs, while providing direction to peers and trainers. This individual is responsible for identifying the development needs of the work force, and developing, implementing and evaluating training programs that support the overall business strategy.

Activities

• Develop and implement training programs in support of the strategic plan including leadership and technology and other training subjects as required. Provide expertise in training and development design and delivery by completing needs analysis activities, developing learning objectives, overall course content, exercises, supports, manuals and learning aids and evaluation tools, including online training.
• Partner with managers and directors in identifying training needs and researches/recommends training and development programs and activities that are in-line with the overall business needs.
• Responsible and accountable for developing and implementing measurement tools and processes ensuring participant and department feedback is documented and evaluated.
• Develops training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
• Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
• Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.

Development

• Partner with managers in identifying training needs and researches/recommends training and development programs and activities that are in-line with the overall needs.
• Develop & implement a leadership index to assess leadership potential from Associates and a Talent Management program, to assess /develop leadership effectiveness amongst the pool of Team leaders  Contribute to the design & coordinate the delivery of the leadership development programs in order to create one common culture in terms of Leadership, Operations Management and Cultural understanding
• Monitor and map the skills acquisition status per platform and, in collaboration with Ops leaders, make sure that additional skills are being delivered in accordance with local strategy (i.e. 102, 103, 104)
• May lead, guide, and train, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers.
• Handle any further duties as assigned / required by the hierarchy.

Work Conditions

• Working hours: 44 hrs / week – Fexible According to the business needs.
• Working days: Monday- Saturday (excl. public holidays)  Location: Mexico city (and regular travels to secondary sites in Queretaro & Leon)
• Annual leaves: 16 days per year
