Allied Irish Bank Hiring for ATM Operations, Cash Services Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

Summary of roles:

2 vacancies currently exist within the ATM Operations team as outlined below.

The ATM Monitoring Team and Settlement & Reconciliations Teams sit within Cash and Distribution Services. While this team is based in Adelaide Road, this role will be a hybrid of working from home and working onsite.

The ATM Monitoring Team are responsible for the daily monitoring of all Self Service devices (ATMs, Cash and Cheque Lodgements Devices, Kiosks and Teller Cash Recycler devices), this role involves supporting branch staff with the recovery of their devices when faults occur.

The Settlement and Reconciliation Teams are responsible for the reconciliation of 158 Accounts, across ROI, FT and GB, and provide ATM Balancing support (both Branch and CIT serviced ATMs).This team are also responsible for resolving CCL queries, An Post settlement and Post Office UK settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Reconciliation will be a key part of this role.
• Ability to build good working relationship with external and internal stakeholders
• The candidate will be required to provide support to the branch network on ATM/CCL Balancing Queries
