A leading restaurant management organization is looking for a great Guest Relations/Customer service representative to field calls from restaurant patrons regarding their experience at their restaurants. Looking for customer service candidates that are great at asking questions and listening with empathy, and providing great customer service experience.
- Looking for great Guest Relations/Customer Service Representative to support our restaurant management company. Great growth and income potential!! Ideal candidate will have customer services experience in a contact center or retail environment and have great typing skills to track communications with callers.
- Hours : M-F, shift between the hours of 8:00 – 7:00, plus one rotating weekend day a month (2 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday and get to come in late or leave early during the associated week to equal 40 hours)
- Contract-to-hire
- Pay : $19.50/hour, will be $20/hour upon completion of contract period. Step program in place for additional increases in pay!!!!
- Hybrid work schedule (office in Leawood, KS)
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact to answer and resolve restaurant guest questions
- Ask key questions to fully understand callers’ feedback
- Accurately log conversations with close attention to detail
- Respond to emails, write letters, and recommend process improvement
