Job Description
-To assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.
– Handle LCL/FCL for import/export processing.
– Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import/ export rules and regulation.
– Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests
– Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers
– Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses.
– Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on- time delivery
– Track shipment status to ensure on- time delivery
– Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
– Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
– Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
– Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)
– Entry levels are welcome to apply
