Allmoxy Hiring for Technical Project Coordinator at Remote Full Time

In 2008, one of the Allmoxy founders Brady Lewis was running the family cabinet outsource shop and needed a software solution. Seeing an obvious lack of options for small business manufacturing software, we began building our own.

As every day problems would arise, they would be solved, systemized, and written into the new software solution. After growing 120% during the recession on the new platform, and being constantly questioned if it was for sale, it was clear this new platform could be very valuable for others as well, and Allmoxy was born.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks and projects move forward and don’t fall through the cracks
• Document internal processes
• Document details and functions within the software
• Assist with tasks that come with feature deployments
• Follow up with beta users and collect feedback

Qualifications

• Excellent communication
• Excellent writing skills
• Disseminate technical information in an easy-to-understand way
• Intense attention to detail
• Highly collaborative attitude
• Ability to take ownership of tasks
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Hubspot is helpful but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
