PATIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE WITH STRONG FRONT DESK SKILLS SUCH AS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. MUST BE PROFESSIONAL, FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
1. Highly energetic and motivated individual with a smile on his/her face throughout the day
2. Delivers excellent patient care
3. Able to multitask and understands the core values of the company and exhibits through interactions with patients, staff, providers and management.
4. Great communication skills and professional presentation
5. Must have strong phone skills
6. Must live within reasonable commute. HS Diploma required.
Will be answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, monitoring schedules and various other scheduling related tasks.
Will be scanning and indexing in an EPIC EMR system
Must be VERY detailed oriented
