The Enterprise Business Conduct (Law and Regulation) Operations Specialist is accountable for broad-based, cross-functional operations support for Innovation Law, Enterprise Business Conduct, and Compliance & Governance. This role serves dual functions, providing both direct operations support to an assigned functional team for specific needs, as well as providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President for common needs. The ILEBC Operations Specialist must work to enable and empower the key functions of the department, which include providing creative commercial legal support; legal support for emerging high-risk areas such as data, cybersecurity, and risk; and comprehensive privacy, ethics, and regulatory compliance support. Key Responsibilities:
Support leaders with administrative responsibilities related to travel, meetings, etc.
Coordinate and manage leadership calendar of key deliverables
Coordinate meetings and events: prepare materials and organize post-meeting tasks
Maintain library resources and computer-related inventory, procuring, and distributing materials as needed
Prepare and administer surveys, summarize and communicate results
Develop and design basic to intermediate-level reports
Post, edit, and maintain website content; draft certain content
Serve as a subject matter expert on designated technology applications; draft job aids
Perform intermediate to advanced-level research and communicate results
Serve as a member of the team that administers certifications and filings Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory duties. Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Executive support experience preferred
Relevant experience within a mid- to large-sized organization
Previous library and/or technology experience a plus Functional Skills:
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office suite, Adobe Professional, and other web-based applications
Basic budget management skills and able to reconcile expense reports
Intermediate to advanced general researching, proofreading, and formatting skills
Detail-oriented; able to identify, prioritize and solve problems effectively
Effective communication and customer service skills
Compensation offered for this role is $42,500.00-$68,375.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
