The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing engaging education content to support regulatory and operational needs for the Clinical Services business. Working closely with the Human Resource Development team and CS Production Managers/SMEs or Distribution Manager/SMEs, this position requires an individual with good training knowledge and experience ideally gained within a pharma/manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and time management skills along with a high degree of enthusiasm, creativity and attention to detail. A key aspect of the role will be the development of digital education content (written content, video, podcasts and elearnings) created from primary sources such as PowerPoints, SOPs and policies. Full on the job training in Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Vyond and other authoring software will be provided.
Responsibilities will inlcude;
- Collaborate and liaise with the wider business along with internal and external SMEs translating their information into a range of digital formats.
- Create and deliver engaging learning content in multiple formats using a variety of e-learning authoring tools
- Review content to ensure it follows best practice and is accurate. Maintain and evolve existing learning content that will engage and motivate the end users
- Collect, review and analyse feedback to make improvements and continuously develop content and design
- Manage strict deadlines whilst ensuring a high-end user experience
- Explore the use of new technologies, apply these technologies where applicable and assist with technical solutions as required
- Be innovative and creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video
- Have the ability to give and receive feedback positively
Suitable candidates should be Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or have extensive experience of designing and delivering training within a Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing environment.
