Alpha is seeking a Product Inspection & Packaging Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to step into the firearms industry, working with a young and growing company driven by technology and a laser focus to produce industry leading products.

We are searching for an individual that has an eye for detail, the desire to work with innovative technology and a passion for quality. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive hourly wage and the ability to work consistent overtime, at time and a half pay.

Daily Responsibilities:

 Oversee state of the art inspection equipment and manage quality control
 Package and ship products with a high degree of care to U.S. and international customers
 Ensure all products meet “Alpha Grade” standards
 Proactively develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes and standards

Position Requirements:

 Must have a passion for perfection!
 A desire to learn and add value throughout the company
 Effective communication skills
 GED or High School Diploma
 Reliable and on time daily (this is critical)
 Minimum 40 hour work week with overtime available

Benefits:

 Pay ranges from $18/hr to $22/hr dependent on skill level
 Overtime pay is time and a half, assessed weekly as any time over 40 hours
