My private client basedin Ngauranga is looking for an experienced customer service star for a role running through to 2023 with the possibility of becoming a full time permanent position in the new year.

We are looking for an all rounder with excellent customer service experience and someone who is very organised and can multitask easily. The role is predominantly customer service focused but we are interested in candidates with some reception/administrative experience to hit the ground running. This is a great opportunity for someone to make the role their own and to quickly become a crucial member of the business.

A bit about the role:

• Handling customer enquires via phone, email and website.
• Updating/entering new client details on SAFE as necessary and entering appropriate log notes.
• Responsible for website (cash sale) orders being entered as new clients onto the ordering system, and booking delivery and collection of bins for these orders.
• Chasing up any outstanding payments of invoiced cash sale clients.
• Managing the entrance gate and onsite visitors.
• Ordering consumables for Ngauranga branch.
• Ordering stationery supplies for Ngauranga branch.
• Managing the weekly staff fruit order.
• Taking weekly Operations Meeting minutes and emailing out.
• Managing catering requirements or catering for any functions (eg: Christmas lunch, Pink T-shirt days, etc).

Additionally, a full drivers license and access to a car as well as some experience with invoicing and processing payments would be very beneficial.
