Alpha Recruitment Looking for Document Administrator – Central at Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior administrator with excellent attention to detail to join a busy Medical typing team located in Greenlane. Working within the health sector this role is starting asap and will keep you busy for at least 3 months but likely longer. This role involves checking the quality of typed correspondence, enveloping letters and ensuring they are sent off to the right locations. You will be dealing with bulk documentation (400 plus letters a day) and will have deadlines to meet.
Duties Include
- Checking medical documents for spelling and formatting errors
- Addressing documents for sending out and enveloping
- Assisting with adhoc administration duties
Experience Required
- Be available to commit to a temporary role for the next 3-6 months possibly longer
- Have previous administration experience
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work well in a team
- Be flexible to help out with a variety of tasks
