Alpha Recruitment Looking for Executive Assistant to CEO at Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing FMCG company that is NZ family-run and is experiencing significant growth. Our client works with premium international brands to sell into all channels in New Zealand to grow their endeavours and make a real difference!

It will be an ever-changing environment and fast-paced, so you will need to be comfortable working in flexible situations while being able to achieve expectations and be able to work autonomously.

You will be based in the office which is located in Ellerslie.

The Role, In a Nutshell

• Support the CEO in all aspects of their role and where possible also give support to the Senior Leadership Team
• Have the ability to take accurate minutes and follow up on action points
• Confidently create PowerPoint presentations and put together/format large documents
• General office management and administration
• Support creation and management of on and off-site meetings
• Management of Health and Safety processes and procedures

To Be Successful In The Role

• Extensive previous EA/PA experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Executive Directors/Senior Management
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to achieve expectations promptly
• Organised and adaptable
• Competent with MS Office products i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Fantastic time management
• Can work methodically under pressure and with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Have good business writing skills
