Alpha Recruitment Looking for Operations Administrator – Healthcare Sector at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain valuable experience working within the healthcare sector.
Starting ASAP, this is 12 month role, working 40 hours per week Mon-Fri, supporting a team that looks after workforce operations for the Junior Doctor Workforce.
The Role
- Managing locum staffing requirements
- Contacting staff to see if they are able to fill the cover required
- Attending daily meetings with senior staff members to understand the gaps they have
- Dealing with general queries from staff e.g. regarding sick leave, annual leave etc
The Ideal Candidate
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Friendly, empathetic and approachable
- Has outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Previous experience working within healthcare would be an advantage
This is an immediate start 12 month assignment – only candidates with availability to work for a full 12 months will be considered.
