Alpha Recruitment Looking for Personal Assistant – weekend shifts required at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time


We currently have a temporary opportunity available for an experienced senior administrator to provide support to a busy team within a healthcare organisation located in Greenlane.

This assignment is starting ASAP working 5 days Wednesday to Sunday for the next 3-4 weeks, 8am-5pm.

The role will mostly consist of attending multiple meetings per day in order to take and prepare minutes. You will be working alongside a team of admin staff Wednesday to Friday but may be required to work solo over the weekends.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Senior admin/PA experience
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Confident taking minutes
  • Availability to work Wed – Sun for the next 3-4 weeks
