Alpha Recruitment Looking for Reception Administrator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced reception/administrator to join a busy clinic working within the mental health sector. In this role you would be assisting with reception and administration duties working full time hours Monday to Friday. A full driver’s licence would be required as you could be rostered to different clinics around South Auckland between Highland Park, East Tamaki, Otahuhu and Papakura.
Duties Include
- Meet and greet of visitors
- Booking appointments
- Data entry updating patient details in the database
- Fielding phone calls
- Other adhoc duties as required
To Be Considered You Will
- Have excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
- Be proficient with MS office and be comfortable picking up new systems quickly
- Have a full driver’s licence and be able to drive between sites for work
- Be able to work 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
- Be motivated and flexible to take on a variety of tasks.
