We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support professional to support a Cancer & Blood Research team for a 6-month temporary assignment based in Grafton.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and ensure effective systems for all research activities.
• Assist with financial management, including tracking budgets and invoicing study sponsors.
• Organize meetings and communications for the team, including taking minutes and managing agendas.
• Support the setup and maintenance of trial supplies and documentation.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
• Help with data entry and maintain the central research database.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong administrative/research based experience in a health-related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data management.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to achieving equitable health outcomes for Māori and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
