Alpine Power Systems, established in 1963, is the country’s most dynamic turn-key supplier of backup power systems, including batteries, UPS, generators, power equipment, and renewable energy.
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks in our Prairieville, Louisiana office. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include assisting with daily office needs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment, and experience with administrative work. Capability to learn customer-based programs.
A successful Admin Assistant should ensure our office’s efficient and smooth day-to-day operation.
Skills Required
Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant preferred
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be a team player
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant preferred.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
