Job Summary: Tasked with enhancing the overall club experience and front-line service for members and guests and providing support for the day-to-day operations of the club by assisting the programs administration team.

Note: All Alpine Ski Club employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holidays and weekends.
What do we need from you?
Customer Services Expectation: The administrative team has direct contact with our members and guests. It is therefore of utmost importance that the Administrative assistant be friendly, courteous and professional in accordance with Alpine’s commitment to providing superior customer service.
Physical/mental demands: This position works primarily indoors and requires prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing. There are times you may be outdoors on slippery and/or uneven snow or icy surfaces. Team members must always remain alert and attentive. Must be able to use hands to grasp, twist, push and pull. There are times of high stress due to volume and deadlines. Some tasks require repetitive movement. Must be comfortable speaking clearly and listening/focusing in noisy areas.
Work Environment: This position involves working indoors and either sitting or being on your feet for most of your scheduled shift. This is an open office environment. Varying weather conditions mean that some days are extremely busy while other days are slower. COVID-19 considerations; all employees will be required to submit a daily screening questionnaire. All employees will be provided with appropriate PPE, where applicable. Alpine Ski Club has a vaccination policy in effect.
