Remote Entry level opportunity as a data entry specialist.
The Healthcare Enrollment Specialist will provide accurate data entry of insurance holder’s information for open enrollment. Must be comfortable with working remotely, being on camera for training period.

* Must live within a 100 mile radius of Owings Mills, MD*

Pay 18/hr

Due to the nature and timeframe of this work, there will be a strict attendance policy that requires 40+ hours per week (possible OT and weekend work), especially around the holidays. Paid training will be provided at the start of this temporary assignment that will last 6 weeks. The assignment will last until February 2023 with a possible extension.

Tasks:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and maintenance of all membership and employer enrollment data for members of the Program.
• Enrolls subscribers and dependents for all Plans in a timely manner to meet corporate objectives for the issuance of ID cards
• Process terminations, coverage level changes and other forms of subsequent enrollment activities for both paper and automated enrollment accounts
• Adhere to and fully support all divisional policies and performance metrics.
• Ensure prompt and reliable service to all internal and external customers.
• Resolve enrollment errors and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Additional tasks as assigned dictated by business needs.
• Demonstrated commitment to pass tests and quizzes administered by client
