ALTA IT Services is staffing a contract to hire opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support a leading health insurance customer. The individual coordinates well-defined projects and/or supports the work of a team of project/program management professionals. Tracks progress and assists with documentation to support project needs. Assists with end to end tasks related to implementations, integration, business readiness and communications. You will work with PMs and communicate project needs. The individual must be comfortable to communicate with executives.

Pay: $32/HR

100% Remote

Contract to hire

Preferred qualifications: Jira, MS project and Power point

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives.
• Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.
• Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization.
• Responsible for tracking projects and communicating with various teams.
