Responsibilities

Prepare price quotes, order entry, and technical support for customers and Account Managers
Maintain account history for each order
Support outside sales team
Maintain customer and competitor history files
Assist in tracking shipments and other customer inquiries such as back orders or billing discrepancies
Work directly with customers to obtain specific billing information, price quotes, and orders while covering for Account Managers
Work with warehouse personnel to ensure critical orders ship on time
Handle/answer calls routed from the Call Center
All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of two years industry specific or Customer Service required
Above average attention to detail required
Proven ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
PC skills using spreadsheet, word processing, and other office management applications required
Two years successful experience in a related sales position preferred
