Altelix LLC Hiring for Customer Support Representative at Boca Raton, FL Full Time

Altelix manufactures weatherproof equipment enclosures and accessories and distributes them worldwide. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of shipping logistics in our Boca Raton Headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help our team build sustainable relationships with customers by achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Interact directly with our Sales Team and Customers via email and phone regarding order status, shipping logistics and other customer inquiries.
• Coordinate and process parcel and freight orders with FedEx, UPS, USPS and LTL carriers.
• Obtain competitive shipping quotes for customers and sales staff.
• Work with our shipping department to monitor and process Returns (RMA’s) through our Inventory Management System.
• Enter and Process sales orders.

Requirements include knowledge of: Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience processing labels with FedEx and UPS software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday

Compensation: Hourly, Plus Full Benefits & PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
