Fáilte Ireland in partnership with Alternatives invite applications for the position of Officer, Consumer Planning & Insights.

The Consumer Planning and Insights Team (CP&I) focuses on being advocates of human truth and bringing this to life in the Tourism Category. The team is defined by being a Best in Class Insights Team, which, supported by ongoing skill development and training, is seen as integral to decision making by Fáilte Ireland and all external stakeholders. Underpinning this is the ethos of developing and using excellent, innovative and leading edge research tools, methodologies and processes. Providing high quality data and insights are the fundamental starting point to the role the team plays. In addition to the above, CP&I is tasked with providing thought leadership based on category, commercial and consumer insights. As part of this they guide both internal and external stakeholders on using data and insights and are a trusted source of advice.

The role will report to the Manager, Consumer Planning. There will be a blended work model, which includes remote working and flexible working arrangements, with the office location based in Fáilte Ireland, 88-95 Amiens Street, Dublin 1.
