Job Description

• Experienced in Window Server 2016/ later, Active Directory, GPO, Scripting
• Experienced in RDS, RD Gateway, & Troubleshooting
• Experienced in Networking, VoIP, Computers, Printers, Scanners, and Faxes
• Submit and Report all issues via the Ticketing system
• Document processes regularly. Specifically when our team requires to intervene

Preferred Experience

• Experienced in Configuration of Greenway Intergy EHR, and EMR
• Experienced in Setup of AWS, EC2, VPC, FSx
• Experienced in Installation of Windows Server OS, Application, and Hardware

Requirements

• Be able to respond to critical priorities within 30 minutes; high priority in under 2 hours; medium priority under 4 hours; and low priority in under 8 hours.
• Be a great communicator — both written and oral with the ability to provide ongoing status reports
• NDA & GOV’T ID

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Experience:

• Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
