Responsibilities:
The Director of Content Strategy’s primary focus is to drive brand consideration, customer acquisition, and customer retention by delivering best-in-class digital experiences on Altice Mobile’s consumer site (alticemobile.com). The role will be tasked with leading Altice Mobile’s site content strategy, helping identify what content needs to be developed, planning how that content should be created, and managing the brand voice. This includes the development and management of a content calendar, including audience-specific product & service marquees, videos, quizzes, calculators, and other marketing initiatives to ensure the delivery of optimal content to targeted audiences and mindsets.
The ideal candidate combines creativity and strategic thinking, and knows how to connect content and digital experiences directly to business growth objectives. Applicants should be familiar with how websites are built and have an eye for catching bugs while producing great-looking web page layouts. This job requires a large amount of work with the cross-functional teams including Devices, Marketing, Creative Services, Analytics, OEMs and more to drive the acquisition and retention content strategies for Altice Mobile that are based on data and insights.
