Responsibilities:
The goal of the Learning Specialist is to lay the foundation for success for AUSA Sales Professionals by providing them the necessary operational, technical, and soft skills required to start their new role with confidence and enthusiasm; decreasing the learning curve and increasing success from day one of delivery to the business. This specialist will provide operational and technical expertise at an exceptional level for audiences to include, Contact Center Sales, Field Sales, Retail Sales, Sales Operations and Enablement, and develop mastery level knowledge in all products, services, sales order entry and contact center tools, sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
