Responsibilities:

What your day to day will look like:

• Develop media product and capability-based case studies and sales success stories
• Oversee the packaging of media products and capabilities based on various KPIs and revenue-generating sales initiatives
• Conduct continuous reviews of existing and potential media products, capabilities, and packaging opportunities with new and existing vendors/DSPs
• Create messaging and oversee the development of standardized sales collateral for a4 sales teams
• Work with sales leadership to quantify incremental revenue possibilities for new or enhanced media products, capabilities, or packaging opportunities
• Work with product and operations teams to outline product costs, margin goals
• Work with product and operations teams to outline product development and platform integrations for new or changing media product and capability requirements
• Collect consistent feedback on existing media product and capabilities from all teams; work with campaign management team and existing vendors/DSPs to provide consistent recommendations and requests for media product and capability enhancements and additions
• Lead go-to-market efforts to launch new or changing media products and capabilities and sunset outdated or declining media products and capabilities

You have the ability to:

• Engage with sales to understand client needs and identify media product and capability gaps in our current advertising solutions
• Dive into and analyze the competitive media advertising landscape to help drive the right business decisions.
• Work with leadership to ensure our media offerings are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives
• Identify pricing strategies, measure and track profit margins
• Define product positioning and use testing to identify key product messaging and value propositions
• Manage go to market of new media products

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in media ad sales, preferably working with multiple sales channels and selling data-driven advertising solutions.
• Highly adaptable to managing a wide range of responsibilities, with the willingness and ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, especially with cross-functional initiatives, that allow you to create, deliver, and train with measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
