Directly manages Winback acquisition and upgrade Residential Direct Sales programs for all consumer products (Video, iO Digital, Optimum Online and Optimum Voice) within the specific C&C region of responsibility. Organize, supervise, direct and motivate a team of Residential Sales Supervisors, Residential Account Executives and Internal Support Staff to meet or exceed budgeted sales and connects which will ensure subscriber growth and aid in the achievement of company cash flow goals. Ensure competence and continuity of qualified Account Executives through effective recruitment, selection, training, appraisal and motivation. Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external contacts. Build and maintain an effective line of communication with local government officials to ensure successful execution of sales strategy. Create and implement sales campaigns designed to achieve successful business plan for local sales team. Create, implement, review and analyze sales reports and develop an effective strategy based on the data. Ensure punctual, regular, and consistent attendance of all Account Executives in local area.
