Retail Sales Consultant

You are a brand ambassador with a curious mind that feels comfortable in a digital space. You understand the best customer experience starts with you – making customers feel welcome, guiding them on their store journey and building brand relationships. Yes, this is a sales job, but it’s more about making a connection with the customer and ensuring you have the expertise necessary to pair the right product with the right person; a digital matchmaker.

Daily Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to meet customers’ needs
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities effectively
• Deliver passionate, world class customer service
• Build strong knowledge of Altice’s mobility & fixed line products and services
• Work effectively in a performance measured environment
  Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year work experience required
• Excellent listening skills
• Time-management & decision-making skills
• Problem solving and conflict management skills
• Scheduling flexibility
• Able to travel to multiple work locations (within 35 miles)
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
