WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS – Required supplies & equipment

Must have a computer with the latest version of Windows 10 Professional– must maintain all updates

o 2 Monitors for Dual screen support

o Monitors should be a minimum of 19” each

o Widescreen monitors are now recommended due to the enhanced appearance of Soft Agent.

o 2.5 gigahertz quad core processor or higher

o 8 Gigabytes of Ram or higher

Must have an internet connection that allows you to connect via ethernet cable to the modem.

o Internet speeds must be a minimum of 7 mbps download/ 3 mbps upload

o WIFI is not acceptable

Must purchase a USB headset or adapter from Always Answer

o The internet connection will be used for connecting to a voice line.

Must maintain Anti-virus protection.

o Free options are allowed.

o Windows defender is not sufficient.

You must have a webcam for training purposes.

Must have a separate work profile for work purposes only. The employee should be the only person who has access to this profile.

*Macs are not currently supported for home ops who are using Soft Agent as the program is not able to be downloaded on those OS systems. More than likely, they will be supported in the future.
* Pictures of home set up MUST be viewed and approved by the manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,760.00 – $1,920.00 per month
