Job Description:
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Recommend jewellery that matches customer’s needs by accurately describing product features and benefits.
- Provide satisfactory after-sales services to customers
- Keep up to date with product information and upcoming promotions.
- Housekeeping
- Price tagging as required
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Criteria:
- Positive work attitude and great communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficiency in English. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.
- Basic administrative skills
- Able to work weekends/public holidays as required
- Education level: diploma or equivalent preferred
- Agreeable to given working hours
- Sales experience: 1 year preferred but not necessary
Working Hours:
Part time: max 35hrs/week
Salary:
Basic hourly pay + comms if target is met
Location:
Various pop-up locations
