We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, deadline-oriented, and goal driven, with superior communication skills, as these attributes are critical to the success of the position.

The On-Call Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for answering the on-call cell phone; fielding, communicating and solving staffing issues and providing excellent customer service to our diverse clients and employees, outside of regular office hours. The On-Call Scheduling Coordinator is accountable for planning, managing multiple priorities, and developing and maintaining solid relationships with clients and field staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer and field phone calls from the on-call cell phone.
• Contact current employees to determine their availability to schedule or cover shifts.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers regarding scheduling as changes arise.
• Document all employee call-offs, tardiness, or conflicts.
• Accurately match employees’ needs with client’s needs (& vice versa).
• Field new client inquiries and forward the information to Client Service Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with both employees and clients.
• Monitor employee credentials to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Documents all information on the on-call report and e-mail out to the team by 8:00AM Tuesday through Thursday.
• E-mail to the team by 8:00AM Monday the on-call report which includes calls from Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Resolve employee and client concerns, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
