You will be the point of contact and lead facilitator for a cohort of new sourcers as they navigate an 8-week onboarding path, leading multiple cohorts yearly, as we support our rapidly growing businesses. As the Sr. Recruiter Learning Specialist, you are a facilitator, trainer, mentor, and coach, partnering with various stakeholders across the organization to deliver and measure a world-class onboarding program. This position will spend 50% of the time facilitating weekly onboarding trainings, 25% of time mentoring and coaching, and 25% of time focused on coordination.
You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of an existing onboarding program using a mix of virtual classrooms, live demonstrations, on-demand Q&A, and collaborative micro-learning sessions. You will help new recruiters dive deep into their recruiting funnel, identifying areas for process improvement and providing 1:1 guidance. You will identify high priority learning needs and provide insights and recommendations to the training design team to support the development of training and performance resource material. Your ability to multi-task and manage various projects/programs simultaneously and to drive timely results is key to ensuring Amazon is “Earth’s best employer”.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $64,800 – $103,100/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
