About the team Key by Amazon enables customers to manage secure access to their home, car, garage and gate for a variety of use cases. The Key by Amazon app allows customers to manage their access points (APs) that may consist of several devices (e.g. garage, camera, alarm, etc.) and enable deliveries for Amazon retail, Fresh and Whole Foods. In addition, customer may unlock/lock their in-home APs, view corresponding entry videos, grant access to guests (e.g. friends, family members, baby sitters, cleaners, etc.) and share AP with other Amazon customers. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field * 3+ years of overall software development experience * 3+ years of experience in development and debugging skills using Java * 3+ years of experience in Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field * Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
