To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to guests from arrival to departure, while maximizing room occupancy.
• Answer questions, or locate answers, providing prompt responses to ensure quality guest service.
• Promotes and sells hotel bookings and amenities.
• Books reservations requested by phone, email, or from within the hotel for individuals and/or groups.
• Maintains good relations with all guests.
• Maintains full knowledge of Ambiente’s services and offerings to maximize guest experiences and provides awareness of the services available on property.
• Maintains full knowledge of rates, packages, special promotions, closed out, and restricted dates.
• Blocks rooms accordingly for group bookings, and coordinates with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met.
• Prepares guest room packages.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.

This position starts at $20/hour, including booking incentive program.
