Ambika Academics LLC Hiring for Instructor – Math, Reading and Writing, Part Time (Tutor/Teacher) at Houston, TX Full Time

We are hiring for Part-time Instructor positions. Candidates with passion for tutoring students with caring and fun personality are ideal fit. We tutor students in grades K-12 in Reading, Writing, and Math including Geometry and Algebra II, and HS upper-level math courses. Applicants must be energetic, have a great attitude, and enjoy working with children in a fun atmosphere. Most importantly, the applicant must have a commitment to integrity, quality, enthusiasm, exceptional service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

• Tutoring students

• Prepare student progress reports and communicate results to parents

• Administer Diagnostic Assessments, as needed
• Help to enroll students

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. However current students will be considered as well.

-Available Monday- Thursday, 2:30 PM- 7:30 PM.

Must have proficient computer skills, effective communication skills, and further, he or she will have the following characteristics: (1) demonstrate genuine care for children and a love of learning; (2) take initiative; (3) perform duties cheerfully; (4) think creatively; (5) exhibit an outgoing personality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
