With the recent addition of a leading Creative Director and a new Client Service Junior coming on board to help manage our high work growth, we’re now in a position to start reshaping our digital marketing team.
Many of our staff work remotely, with a work-from-home opportunity available to our next hire, however we’re looking for someone based in the Wellington region capable of being present for the occasional client meeting to talk about digital insights.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
•You’ll be planning and managing all digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital products, such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Ads and Display Marketing.
•Tracking and reporting will be a big part of your role, being able to set up conversion tracking and manage goals for our clients’ digital marketing spend.
•Perform ongoing keyword research. Setting up relevant, high-quality search & display ads campaigns.
•Optimisation to achieve defined goals such as improved CTR, increased conversion rate, improve relevancy and quality scores in line with defined budgets.
•Collate, analyse, optimise, and produce timely and insightful reports for all digital marketing campaigns, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
•Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns to improve conversion metrics.
ABOUT YOU:
•You’ll have proven experience in a similar role, possibly in another digital marketing agency or in-house for clients.
•You’ll be confident in your expertise and capable of articulating your insights.
•Good communication skills that allow you to communicate problems and opportunities both internally and to clients.
•Good time management is essential and an ability to juggle multiple tasks,
•Be pro-active and have an ability to analyse and solve problems.
•A strong attention to detail to ensure briefs are followed and executed effectively.
•An understanding of SEO, Facebook Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads/Analytics and tracking.
•Experience working in Google Tag Manager and Facebook Business Manager is essential, and any additional experience in other tools such as SEMRush would also be helpful.
•Whilst not essential, a knowledge of website platforms and the modern CMS landscape would also be helpful.
