Essential duties and responsibilities: Processing of customer orders via phone, fax, email and web, as well as some light accounting responsibilities and vendor interaction. Customer service experience and basic computer data entry skills are necessary. Experience with SAGE 100 software a plus. To round out our team, applicant should display attention to detail, strong communication skills and an ability to multitask.

• Answering incoming calls and assisting the customer or routing them to the appropriate employee.
• Setting up new customer accounts.
• Enter customer orders into SAGE 100 ERP
• Generate product quotes for customers.
• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide answers to questions about product pricing and availability.
• Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
• Entering repair estimates, processing customer approvals and communicating with vendors.
• Perform filing and scanning of documents.
• Enter vendor invoices and update vendor purchase orders.
• Additional clerical and administrative responsibilities upon request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
