Job Summary:
Responsible for triaging all after hours scheduling and client calls. Ensures that ongoing client visits are adequately staffed for following day. Frequent communication with clients, families and care center staff
Essential Functions:
1. Schedules visits as needed based on the needs of the care center and clients
2. Communicates client schedules to field staff and job duties for assigned shift
3. Documents all actions accurately and appropriately in the scheduling system
4. Works with care center leadership on any outstanding client’s needs
5. Documents all information and actions in daily on call log
6. Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives. Executes effective performance redirection when needed. Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities
7. Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Qualifications:
Required:
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. One or more year(s) of scheduling experience preferred.
3. Three or more year(s) of customer service experience is required.
Working Conditions:
Will need to be in office for training. After training is complete, this will be a remote position.
