AmeriBen Hiring for ID Card Specialist I at Remote Full Time

Ability to work from home or in office in Meridian, Idaho!

ID Card Specialists are dedicated to superior Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround. They support internal stakeholders and collaborate the creation of ID card[s] based on the uniqueness of the Client, their Plans and Provider Network.

$13.26/hour plus an extensive benefits and compensation package!

Key Functions

• Assist with reviewing the ID Card Benefits set-up form completed by CSC [Client Service Coordinator] and creating the Card Key
• Monitors any changes to the ID card benefit set-up and change forms. As well as the RedCard Reports
• Assist with ID cards builds on our ID card vendor system
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST information security requirements to protect client information.
• Adheres to AmeriBen culture by demonstrating Integrity, Initiative, Good Judgment, and Teamwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned to ensure individual and group goals are achieved with Accuracy, Customer Service and Timely Turnaround.

Required Experience:

• High school degree, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year office setting or administrative experience.
