​​This job is a member of the Flight Services Team within the Customer Experience Division.
​Responsible for supporting the Flight Service Training Operations at FSU and supporting the Flight Service Training team in an administrative capacity.
What you’ll do
Performs a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meeting arrangements, documentation, ensuring telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, tracking anniversaries/birthdays and arranging hotel/travel accommodations
Orders and distributes supplies to support operation at both FSU and Flight Academy
Reconciles Operational P-Cards and Expense reports
Manages Operational Calendars
Acts as backup for various payroll functions
