Active participation in agile ceremonies. Design and develop ETL test strategies for data migration projects. Design and develop test scripts for testing the KTA extraction models. Design Sql migration testing strategies. Collaborate with POs and BAs to understand feature and story conditions of acceptance and gain sign-off of written test cases. Design and execution of test scenarios based on Web Service/Workflow Orchestration and fuzzy match modules of Informatica. Use of DocuMaker in generating and making necessary changes to letters. Prepare and maintain testing/retro/regression/production test metrics dashboards in ADO. Implement the azure pipelines – CI/CD for qa activities including smoke tests, regression suites and client specific requirements. Perform E2E tests with business stakeholders and supporting external client teams. Well versed with the defect management process. Perform the load tests to understand the stress levels of the application by using JMeter scripts. Work with offshore resources to impart the necessary knowledge on Mortgage Insurance Business Processes. Design and assist automation team in implementing CI/CD using ADO Pipelines for test execution. Design and execute test cases related to Kofax extraction, Policies profiling, Informatica services, LPI and Deficiencies services related to policies and claims submitted. Identify, coordinate, and perform end to end test execution with upstream and downstream domains. Design the data management techniques for successful client conversions. Coordinate with off-shore QA team members to hand-off work as needed, may require off-hours calls. Demo completed features and stories to POs and business. Manage test cases, scripts, defects, metrics, and status reporting. Lead, guide and monitor analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases. Evaluate QA team resources and leverage their strengths to meet team goals. Coordinate on-shore and off-shore QA activities, which may require off-hours calls. Track defect status and priority to ensure re-testing occurs in a timely manner. Embrace change and manage shifting program priorities. Lead the Root cause analysis meetings with business/support teams. Work with Scrum Masters to document sprint progress and results using key metrics. Champion and implement processes that infuse quality into the early stages of product development. Lead the automation/performance/security testing strategies. Understand how test automation can be leveraged to improve overall quality and speed of regression testing and to reduce risk. Work with release management tools to understand when expected code will be delivered to a test environment. Assist with program planning for non-functional testing (load/performance, security, DR, etc.). Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives. Contribute to your QA teams performance reviews. Be a servant leader to your QA team. Work closely with other domain QA Leads to ensure proper integration testing is exercised. Report on progress in daily scrum stand-ups, raising issues, risks and blocks quickly. Actively participate in sprint retrospectives to improve team, agile and QA processes. Collaborate with agile team in planning, estimating, and committing to sprint QA activities. Plan and review strategies to test features and stories with team. Create, estimate, and update QA tasks during the sprint.
