AMERICAN DIRECTIONS is currently hiring REMOTE Market Research Telephone Interviewers for its facility in SPOKANE, WA. This role is both a part-time and full-time opportunity with evenings and weekends scheduled with some flexible schedule options available!

If you are applying and you are within a 20 mile radius of our center you will be considered for an in center position. This posting is strictly for applicants who are 20+ miles away from our center and cannot commute.

What you will do:

Every day, our Interviewers call people all over the US to gather their opinions on behalf of our clients. As an Interviewer, you will speak to hundreds of everyday citizens to conduct and record responses to over-the-phone surveys. This position is 100% outbound calling – but it is not selling, only surveys!

What we will provide:

• Starting pay range of $14.49-$15.50 per hour
• Part-time schedules start at $14.49 with very flexible schedule availability
• Full-time schedules start at $15.00/hour
• If you are available to work our weekend shifts, you could earn $15.50/hour

• Currently Hiring for Evenings & Weekends: 2pm -7pm, 5-10pm or 2pm-10pm (M-F) and 1pm-9pm Saturdays & Sundays

• Sun-Thurs (1-9pm Sun, 2-10pm Mon-Thurs)
• Tues-Sat (2-10pm Tues-Fri, 1-9pm Sat)
• Weekend – Fri-Sun- (Fri/Mon 2-10pm, Sat/Sun 1-9pm)
• Part-time FLEX (choose any day Sun-Sat, required 3 days minimum and 15 hours a week)
• Referral, retention, and production bonuses
• Earn up to $2 more per hour!
• Receive in total a retention bonus of $150 (if qualified)

REMOTE TRAINING INFORMATION:

Our remote trainings are held every Thursday and Friday from 12pm-5pm via Zoom, with 2 hours of an online session you complete prior to the zoom class. These are mandatory in order to start the position. All training is paid.

Once training is completed you will be moved into the schedule you have decided.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

• Your own desktop computer or laptop that is no more than 5 years old with:
• a Windows 10 Operating System or better,
• at least 1 gig of RAM, and
• Firefox browser that is installed and up to date;
• The ability to hard-wire (plug in with an Ethernet cord) your computer or laptop to the Internet modem;
• A home telephone or cell phone (for contacting supervisors as needed, not used for the outbound surveys);
• A web cam (used for training and occasional meetings only);
