JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Membership Rewards User Experience and Capabilities Coordinator will be responsible to improve the redemption journeys, providing to our customers new and innovative options to earn and redeem their points, through digital platforms with customer centricity perspective.
• This person works with Central teams to create a roadmap for capabilities to be deployed in market ensuring the right timing, priority, and visibility on each including coordinating with all impacted teams locally and centrally
• Coordinate multifunctional teams to ensure strategies are fulfilled including parameters changes in the loyalty platform, marketing communications and operational change management.
• Responsible for assessing customer’s digital journey & customer experience (UX/UI) for Membership Rewards throughout all the American Express digital and web ecosystem, identifying business opportunities to drive excellence in service/experience on each platform.
• Mapping the Operational process required to deploy any capability or project in the market.
• This person is the responsible for the issue management, working together with multifunctional teams to drive solutions.
• Responsible of MR.com from a Tech perspective, update and enhance MR.com as per Business and market needs.
• Manage Call Center escalations & troubleshoot of Amex platforms and capabilities for consumer cards business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering or similar with Tech expertise (API´s)
• Analytical skills
• Outstanding project/process management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects spanning multifunctional teams.

• Knowledge in customer centric design and UX.
• Highly collaborative: Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value beyond traditional means.
• Effective communicator and influencer: Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear manner and influence executive leadership. Excellent communication skills, proficient in developing excellent quality presentations and deliverables for an executive audience.
• Proficient communication skills in English/Spanish, written and conversational.
• Experience with presentations for senior leaders.
• Self-starter, proactive and organized
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Criteria for prioritization of tasks depending on a changing, fast paced business environment
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from top to bottom across the organization.
